Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed review and signing of compliance agreement DETAILS: I called Bill to determine whether he had reviewed the draft Bilateral Compliance Agreement. Bill had reviewed the agreement and was planning to sign the agreement next week. Bill requested we add an additional signatory to the agreement, but otherwise thinks the document is ready to be signed as a final agreement. ACTION NEEDED: Print copies of the agreement and a cover letter and mail to Bill in Salem for signatures the first week of February 2010.
