Details:	SUMMARY: Significant Deficienies identified in 2009 WSS not addressed DETAILS: Bobby, wife of Jerry Bolden, when asked to schedule a site visit to confirm correction of the significant deficiencies identified in the Water System Survey of March/April 2009, stated that the corrections had not been made. This statement contradicted a statement made within the preceding month, that the deficiencies had been addressed (except for not retaining an appropriately certified DRC). Sufficient time and notice has been provided to have addressed the significant deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: Weiss Estates is viewed as unresponsive. To induce action, it appears the next step appears is to apply a fine.
