Details:	SUMMARY: Late TOC Reporting DETAILS: David called to inform DWP that his current quarterly monitoring for TOC (raw and treated) would be reported late due to laboratory error. The lab had an equipment failure which led them to send samples to second lab which ran analysis - but report not available until after regulatory deadline. I told David to keep copy of laboratory explanation in their file, and resume sampling for new quarter. He will be submitting results to DWP for last quarter even though they will be past deadline. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
