Details:	SUMMARY: Alert ID Chem 4281 DETAILS: I got a call from Kalan and he explained that the chlorine fee pump (part of the arsenic removal treatment plan) was inadvertently shut off. During this time the routine quarterly arsenic test was taken. The test exceeded the MCL. Kalen wanted to know if he should report these tests. I told him to report the test and their RAA would still be under the MCL, so the WS would still be in compliance. The result was received at DWP on 7/28/10 and SDWIS has the RAA at 0.010. ACTION NEEDED: 3rd Quarter arsenic test reported on time.
