Details:	SUMMARY: Extension to deadlines in the bilateral compliance agreement DETAILS: Anderson Engineering has been retained to design an arsenic treatment system for the City of Paisley, and has requested an additonal month for the submission of plans until October 31, 2010 and installation of the treatment system until December 31, 2011. These new deadlines arent expected to effect the final deadline for the treatment system to be working properly and Paisley to be in compliance with the arsenic MCL be March 2012, and are therefore approved without a new agreement being necessary. If progress slows such that the final deadline is expected to be delayed by several months, then a new agreement would be necessary. ACTION NEEDED: Send confirmation of the new deadlines to Anderson Engineering and await submission of construction plans in October.
