Details:	SUMMARY: Information / Follow up with regulatory letter sent by State dated 07/13/2010 regarding monthly source sampling. DETAILS: Reviewed with John the letter he received from the State regarding the monthly source sampling. He had already been in touch with Russ K. At the State and understood he is to sample for one month. I explained the different forms that will be needed from the lab for a quarterly test vs. a raw monthly test. We also discussed the requirements for if/ when a raw sample comes back e.Coli positive and what the next steps will be. I indicated he would have to meet CT for chlorination (which has already been verified in the field for his system), but in terms of repeat or temporary routine samples from a source I would research this a little further and get back to him. ACTION NEEDED: One monthly source for a period of twelve months.
