Details:	SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 09/08/10. DETAILS: Contact Kori and let her know about the positive total coliform sample. She said that she knew about the samples and was going to take the repeats. Let her know to take the source samples at the well heads as well as three distribution samples. The system will also need five temporary routine samples for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary.
