Details: SUMMARY: Additional Chemical monitoring - SOC- Detection of DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) - PHTHALATE DETAILS: The level detected was 0.0006mg/l. The MCL is 0.0006 mg/l. I have sent an EPA consumer factsheet on this chemical. OAR 333-061-0036 requires that his contaminantDI(2-ETHYLHEXYL)-PHTHALATE) be monitored quarterly. After two quarters of monitoring, the results will be reviewed and compliance will be determined. Please be sure these samples are labeled as routine and are reported to the state DHS DWP in Portland. Remember you only have to test for the specific contaminant DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) - PHTHALATE- not the whole list of SOCs. If you have any questions please contact me at 503-588-5407. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for testing results, continue monitoring quarterly.
