Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Bill called and informed me that all 4 repeats were positive. He says he wants to go to continuous chlorination and I gave him Scott Currys phone number to discuss plan review. Bill said he would like to chlorinate the storage tanks we discussed using 2 cups 5% bleach per 100 gal of water for 8 hours. He has a chlorine test kit and I informed him that 4 ppm chlorine is the maximum allowed to be provided to customers for consumption. I advised him to disinfect the well and distribution system since he is chlorinating the storage tanks. 9/15/10 Bill faxed me copy of a public notice and I emailed him my response with recommended changes. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines are due in October.
