Details:	SUMMARY: Violations associated with elevated arsenic and total coliform. DETAILS: Called water system on 11/20/10 regarding violations for MCL exceedances for arsenic and total coliform rule and failure to issue public notice for arsenic and total coliform rule. The water system contact, Theresa Vickerman was not available so an email regarding Violations was sent summarizing the water systems violation through 10/31/10. The water system was also advised to update their Coliform Sampling Plan since the system did not collect triggered source samples as a result of the initial positive coliform positive sample. ACTION NEEDED: Water system shall send copies of public notices to the Drinking Water Progran within the required timelines after a MCL violation.
