Details:	SUMMARY: SWTR Compliance DETAILS: Jim indicated that during periods of February CTs were not calculated daily nor was pH measured daily at the entry point. I spoke to Jim about the requirement of daily verification of disinfection through calculating CTs required and requirement that pH, temp and free chlorine be measured daily at the Entry point. I also stressed that the CTs needed to be calculated correctly using the 1-log giardia inactivation tables and round appropriately, and use the contact time appropriate for the system. I indicated that tier 2 public notice required for not meeting 95th percentile limit of 0.3 NTU in December 2010, and possibly a disinfection treatment technique public notice for not meeting CTs in Dec 2010. ACTION NEEDED: James to review HBH report discussing CT compliance and contact time at Midland and discuss CT compliance further with Midland. DWP to provide tempate public templates for treatment technique violations to Midland as appropriate.
