| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 1/27/11 DETAILS: Left message letting Russell know that two of the repeat samples were positive. I let him know they need to post a public notice. 2/7/11 Russell called me and said the UV unit was not functioning correctly. The ballast was determined to be bad and has since been replaced. The unit has been working properly with the new ballast. I emailed the link for coliform public notice to Russell& asked him to complete the notice. I asked him to post the notice. He said he would send me a completed copy for the file & send to the state. I let Russell know they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples for February ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice and monitor further samples. | ||
