Details:	SUMMARY: informal review with operator and dept of ag DETAILS: Rusty Rock, Dept of Ag, and myself met with Emily. System is not due for a survey for a couple of years and wanted to go over operations with Emily. Went over the newly added chlorination system, chemical sampling schedule and need for a raw sample tap. There had been a sample tap, but it had been removed. System qualified for some sampling reductions in IOCs and nitrite. The field visit completed part of the plan review for the chlorinator. System to send in the plan review fee for finalization. ACTION NEEDED: During next visit from Dept of Ag, Rusty will verify raw sampling tap installation.
