| Details: | SUMMARY: positive coliform April 29, 2011 DETAILS: Talked to Jan about positive coliform. She will take 4 repeat samples ASAP. It is too late to take these in April. WE discussed taking the routine samples early in the month sot that if repeat samples are needed, they can be taken the same month. Jan know that 5 routine samples are due in the month following the positive routine sample she will take 5 routine samples in May 2011. 5/13/11 Called Jan and repeat samples were all good. She is planning to take 5 routine samples for May this week. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routines | ||
