Details:	SUMMARY: WTP and Contact Time Evaluation DETAILS: HBH was contacted by the system to provide general assistance and review of the operation of the filtration system, as well as possible of setting up a contact tracer study. The system has a packaged direct filtration water treatment plant which provides drinking water to 160 people through 70 connections. Jim Kuhns is relatively new to the operation of the treatment plant and wanted to review how things were being done, as well as the physical condition of the plant. HBH coordinated with James Nusrala (DWP) regarding the actual operating conditions of the reservoir in regard to anticipated contact time. ACTION NEEDED: Provide further assistance as requested.
