| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform discussion DETAILS: Ms Valadez contacted me regarding positive coliform test on one of the 5 temporary routine samples sent out in response to last months positive result. We also visited the well and found that a source sampling port has been installed. We also determined there is an issue with the results of the companies sorting location results being reported under the processing locations water system identification number. The state is working to create a new system IC so that future individual location results can be properly monitored. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples need to be taken immediately with addition of 5 routine or temporary routine samples in July. A public notice also needs to be posted. Future testing results from the associated sorting facility need to be submitted under the separate system ID | ||
