| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to discuss operator training and Oregon Association of Water Utilities (OAWU) assistance DETAILS: Discussed the need for a trained operator and establishment of a primary contact person at the facility. A business card for the local OAWU circuit rider, Hans, was left at the firm OAWU can provide training and technical assistance, up to and including the temporary assumption of all water system responsibilities until a staff member can be hired and trained. ACTION NEEDED: System will need a trained operator, update to contact information, log daily residual test results and submit daily log to drinking water program on a monthly basis, continue quarterly coliform testing with addition of 5 repeat routine or temporary routine, samples within same month if a positive occurs and installation of source sampling point is also of critical importance. | ||
