Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted about submitting 3rd Quarter Public Notice DETAILS: Left a message with Theresa Vickerman reminding her to submit a copy of their third quarter public notice (for exceeding the maximum contaminant level for Arsenic) to the Portland offices of the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: City should submit copy of public notice, and continue efforts to install AS treatment (See Bilateral Compliance Agreement, http://yourwater.oregon.gov/Enforcement_pdf/00611/00611_201072_MA.pdf), although they are seeking an extension to the treatment deadline while obtaining funding.
