Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring DETAILS: I spoke with Scott McMullen about the failure to test for coliform every month. Also spoke to him about failure to submit sample for nitrate since 2010 and failure to do COC and VOC since 2004. I asked that they commence sampling immediately or risk going to court and it might be a civil matter. Spoke with Kathy 10/29 McMullen about sampling. She said she was on it She said she would start testing immediately. ACTION NEEDED: none
