Details: SUMMARY: contacted us re: violation notice-- got contruction update DETAILS: Emma phoned in because she received a violation card, which was for not submitting a Public Notice for the TCR violation in late 2012. However, I had already emailed DMCE to point out that she had submitted that notice on time to both myself in Springfield and Brad Daniels in Portland. Brad received it because Emma is used to submitting quarterly arsenic PNs to him because the City is under enforcement to correct ongoing arsenic level violations. While on the phone, Emma informed me that they have selected a consultant to oversee the installation of the arsenic treatment system. Their kickoff meeting with this consultant is January 18. They are hoping to have the new treatment installed by the end of March 2013. ACTION NEEDED: None
