Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert DETAILS: Left 2 messages and never received a call back from Phil (contact listed on alert). Called St. Vincent De Paul (legal owners of the property) and left a message for Cody who oversees the property for St. Vincent. On August 2nd, I received a call from Mitch Allen who is the Director of Properties for St. Vincent de Paul. He stated that he was not aware of the issue and because Cody is on vacation, Mitch will look into and call me back with whatever action they decided to take. I did tell Mitch that this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for a call back.
