Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: I called Linda and she was aware of the detection. She informed me that the repeat/triggered samples have already been taken. I reminded her to take 5 temporary routines in September. I also discussed the TC reporting violations for June and July. She said the samples were taken but the lab may not have reported them possibly due to a mixup with the form that was used. She is going to contact the lab and have them submitt the samples to OHA DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat/triggerd samples and adivse operator.
