Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for routine TC+ DETAILS: 8/28 routine positive. Got call from umpqua lab of result. Lab closed Friday so Teresa urged to get repeats in today. Owner Nikkia out of town and no DRC idenditfied. I called Nikkia and discussed the need to sample 4 repeats asap including source. She didnt think they had access to pump house in her absence and no one knows if raw sample tap was ever installed as requested. Got call from Nate Schmidt, pending replacement DRC and he could take samples and has an emergency key to pumphouse. Umpqua labs Tom is available to sample and I suggested he meet Nate to show sampling technique and grant access to pumphouse. Called nate back and discussed and necessesity of raw sample tap. Nate said he would try to get off work early and meet Tom and get 4 repeats into lab by 5pm. Called Nikkia back and discussed repeat sampling and need for a raw sample tap, DRC and coliform sampling plan requested at last survey. Nate will try to get certification asap and get DRC form in. Will assist Nate with coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat sampes including one from source and wait for results to dictate future action. Will need 5 temp routines in September regardless. Install or verify existence of raw sample tap. Submit DRC form designating new operator/DRC and submit coliform samplin plan.
