| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for one of 4 repeats TC+ DETAILS: One of 4 repeats positive following 8/28/13 routine tc+. Well absent. Called Nikkia and discussed. They will add 2 gallons chlorine to achieve 2.5 mg/L in reservoir, let sit overnight then flush using 6 hydrants at cul-de-sacs tomorrow and resample at both location that had positive. Discussed PN and sent template and wrote up example for her. She said PN will be mailed with bills this week. Reminded that we still need improved raw sample tap and coliform sampling plan. Teresa at lab faxed her a template for CSP. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and flush and resample later in week. Submit copy of PN to be sent with this weeks bill. Keep up PN untill verification samples absent. | ||
