Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: November 8th, Called listed number (541) 937-2984, and got a hold of a Bob. I asked for Pamela Macias, and was told that she was at work and will be back to help take the samples on Monday. I told him that he needed to take a source sample from all three wells and one from the sample site (space 26 hose bib). Bob told me that he only has two wells and that he has talked with Shelly from Delta Environmental, and he is going to take five samples. After talking about taking four samples on Monday, and five samples next month, I decided that I will make sure to contact Pamela Macias (Bobs daughter) on Monday.November 11th, Called Bob in hope of getting a hold of Pam. Bob said Pam will not be helping him take the samples until Tuesday (Nov. 12).November 11th, Called Delta Environmental and talked with Shelley Hunt. Shelley told me that the third unapproved well is not connected, and therefore Bob/Pam need only take the two source samples.November 12th, Called Bob in hope of connecting with Pam, Pam was not there. Told Bob to take the two source samples, one sample at the hose bib of space 26, and one in the distribution. Bob did not like us making him take multiple samples, I told him that the rules are the rules. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples within 24 hours (take two source samples and one at the sample site then one in distribution) then taking 5 routine samples during the next month.
