Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to tc+ temporary routine sample DETAILS: System has some history of total coliform samples. System chlorinates but has difficulty keeping chlorine in the distribution system. System collected its monthly sample on 4/9 which was total coliform positive. On 4/17, collected 4 repeat and 1 triggered source sample. One repeat was total coliform positive and it was the same location as the 4/9 positive. So - the system was going to collect another routine sample to replace the positive sample that was going to be invalidated due to sample tap. The routine sample collected on 4/30 was total coliform positive. It was absent for bacteria 2 weeks prior. The chlorine residual was 0.07. System has a MCL violation for the month and will need to distribute a public notice in the next 30 days. System is also to collect 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample asap. Further samples in May will depend on the results from these repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat and 1 triggered source sample. Distribute public notice and send a copy to DWP.
