Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Oakland owns and operates a municipal water treatment system treating water from Calapooya Creek. The water treatment plant provides water for approximately 1000 people through 480 connections. The City needs to perform a tracer study to confirm contact times at several flows. A previous contact tracer study effort was made in 2010. That effort included data collection at wintertime flow levels of 200 gpm. James Hart with the City of Oakland contacted the Circuit Rider to restart the tracer testing effort. Gathered and analyzed design data for the Oakland WTP to determine the proper methodology for the additional tracer testing which needs to be completed. Composed a portion of the tracer testing report. ACTION NEEDED: Perform a data collection at the normal maximum operating capacity of the plant.
