Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliforn/Ecoli DETAILS: Days Creek High School system has shown positive for Coliform/E-Coli at the spring sample site port. Distribution sample was negative but amount of free chlorine in the system was not noted.The source sample port where the e-coli was found is located off of a 15,000 gallon tank that is located approximately 3/4 a mile down hill from a previous holding tank of 15,000 gallons. The first storage tank is connected to the spring box that has no daylight opening... ACTION NEEDED: 5 distribution samples need to be taken today and a source point raw sample. Jeff will also be providing a reading of the free chlorine level.
