| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received TC positive result from one of five repeat samples collected 9/10/14. The TC positive result was from a different location than the rotuine TC positive sample collected 9/3/14 so there is an MCL violation for September. Spoke with Dick. Informed him that a triggered source sample from well 4 was required. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect triggered source sample, distribute public notice, send dated copy to DWS. | ||
