Details:	SUMMARY: Membrane unit failing DITs DETAILS: The single module used for filtration has been failing DITs for a few months. A Seccua representative from Germany visited the water system and informed them that since the LRV is >3.0, there is no need to do anything. While that is not correct, a boil notice is NOT required. The failed fiber should be identified and pinned within a week. The new operators did not know reporting the failed DIT or fixing as soon as practical was required. It is important that the filtration exceed 4.0-log in the long-term because Weiss chose 5.5-log removal by October 1, 2016. ACTION NEEDED: Call back to confirm pinning was successful.
