| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from one routine sample colected 10/8/14. Spoke with Dick. One routine sample was collected on 10/8, when five were required for October. I advised Dick to collect the four repeat samples from the distribution system and one triggered source sample from well 4. Further sampling requirements will be determined after those results are received. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat/source samples as required. | ||
