Details: SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up, TC+ routine sample. DETAILS: The system took two samples on 11-7-14, the raw sample was said to have come back negative and the one in distribution was positive for Total Coliform. They have contacted the lab and have them pull 4repeats in distribution and one from the source. ACTION NEEDED: I informed Jane that these samples should be taken within 24 hours, she is going talk to the lab tomorrow to see how soon those samples can be taken. I asked her what kind of chlorine residual they have in distribution, she was not sure, another person takes the chlorine residuals.. I asked her to find out what they were and to make sure that there is a chlorine residual in all of the distribution.
