Details:	SUMMARY: Call regarding cross connections and storage tank DETAILS: Duane phoned because survey says the backflow devices at the base of the storage tank need to be tested. He is not sure those fixtures (under a cover, fenced off by barbed wire) are backflow devices at all. They were installed before his time there. We decided that the significant deficiency would be resolved if he can find out what those fixtures are, and what maintenance practices are applicable for them fulfill their function. He will contact the OAWU to have one of their staff stop by and investigate with him next time in the area. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of their investigation, to see whether the significant deficiency for backflow testing is valid.
