Details:	SUMMARY: Also called Louis Calvert, operator at the Days Creek school. Alert on RT. Left message for Louis to call me because Jeff believes this is an assessment sample and it was coded wrong as RT. DETAILS: Louis confirmed that sample was supposed to be assessment. I advised to mark properly when form is submitted. Sample was taken at the new raw water sample tap near the spring. ACTION NEEDED: Call DWP to rename sample as assessment
