Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Sample Positive Total Coliform 11/09/2015 DETAILS: Consensus around the Hiland team is that this coliform positive was likely due to sampling error. Repeat samples scheduled. 24 hours resample is the norm, they will retest attempt to retest within 24 hours. Since this system is currently awaiting an MPA test after heavy rainfall it is worth noting that we are expecting heavy rainfall this weekend. I reminded Matt of the requirement to collect the MPA sample and gave him contact information for Tia Skerbeck and Shawn Stevenson. ACTION NEEDED: Hiland should take 4 repeat samples. One at the source and three in the distribution. One at the positive site, one upstream, and one downstream. They will follow their well defined coliform sampling plan for the precise locations. Hiland will consult with the State Geologist at the Water Division to determine if Monday is a good day to take their MPA sample.
