Details: SUMMARY: Monthly coliform sample TC + DETAILS: Spoke to Dave about the recent positive coliform sample. He felt that he may have contaminated the sample when it was taken. Dave was instructed to submit four repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample for each well. Dave was also instructed that five temporary routine distribution samples would need to be submitted in January 2016. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered source samples will count for the annual required source samples. Wait for the repeat sample results.
