Details:	SUMMARY: Spoke to Louis to follow-up on samples needed before end of 2015 DETAILS: Louis has taken Nitrate, RT coliform, Source AA coliform, and chlorotetraethylene (VOC). Louis did not report October monthly GW compliance to DWP. Lab is still processing the (VOC). ACTION NEEDED: Asked Louis to submit monthly compliance monitoring for October and November. Notified him that the Source AA monthly assessment requirement has been satisfied and he no longer needs to sample that. I submitted a monitoring schedule change to DWP.
