| Details: | SUMMARY: Round of lead and copper tests in 2014 had one site exceeding the MCL for lead. Discussed monitoring protocol and possible changing of some sites. DETAILS: This was previously addressed however no follow-up actions had been taken. Larry was waiting for further instruction. There was discussion on whether the sites were appropriate, and also the length of time the water had sat before doing 1st draw. Some sites were rarely used and sometimes not for consumption, ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to take 5 lead and copper samples in 1st 6 months of 2016 (Jan - June) and again in the last 6 months of 2016 (July through December). Samples need to be 1st draw after sitting 6 hours but not more than 18 hours. Some of the previous sites used had water that had sat for 3 or more days. Run water for several minutes to clear pipes prior to letting water sit overnight. Then get 1st draw in morning. | ||
