Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert DETAILS: Confirmation Nitrate sample taken on 4/11/16 was over MCL at 13.1. Provided Water Treatment is Required due to High Nitrate Levels letter to firm via email and snail mail. Russ Kazmierczak and Brad Daniels reviewed letter and indicated it was fine. I also provided firm with Plan Review Requirements document. ACTION NEEDED: Continue posting public notice and provide a compliance plan for your system to me within 30 days.
