Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow-up DETAILS: I spoke to the operator again today regarding the deficiencies pointed out during the last water survey.5 of the 9 items have been addressed (Item 1,2,4,5,8). The other items are in process of being dealt with. I gave the operator another contact for Cross Connection and information on creating a coliform sampling plan and Consumer Confidence Report. ACTION NEEDED: Reconfigure plumbing and seal the access hatch to the "pool reservoir" to make it water tight.Most of the serious items have or are being addressed.Remove this water system from the "Deficiency Overdue" list.
