Details:	SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up on a Total Coliform Detection of Monthly Routine DETAILS: The concessionaire took the sample in distribution and it was positive for total coliforms. The chlorine tank had run dry, the person who usually maintains the chlorine retired. The tank was refilled on 8-2-16 and sampled. Results of that is not known at time of this report. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples in distribution and 1 triggered sample which will also qualify as the yearly assessment sample.This sample will be taken at the nearest spigot to the Spring. Spring box is sealed with concrete lid and only dip sample would be able to be taken.
