Details: SUMMARY: Water Quality Complaints DETAILS: Knoll Terrace Park owns and operates a ground water system which supplies water to a large mobile home park north of Corvallis in Benton County. The system has 2 wells. The well water is chlorinated for residual maintenance. The park also has a water softening system. The Circuit Rider had been contacted by Scott Kruger with Benton County regarding customer complaints of iron and other aesthetic concerns. Visited the water system to review customer complaint issues. Reviewed system flushing and other operational procedures with park staff. Recommended testing for iron and manganese levels when there are customer complaints. Staff appeared to be proactive with the customer complaints. No additional assistance should be needed. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
