Details:	SUMMARY: L/C DETAILS: Tavia sent the results of all of the sites sampled from her plumbing profile. Two sites were above the action level: Fountain in breezeway 0.103 and Resource room 0.0289. Two other sites were high: Office 0.0124 and Classroom 4 fountain 0.0135. Tavia is planning to do the plumbing replacement of the two sites that were above the Action Level (AL) from this round as well as the two sites that were high from the original 5 that were sampled. She said after they got the results from the original 5 they took all sources of water for consumption out of service until they got the next results back. This made sampling a challege so she asked the teachers to run the water some the days prior to the testing. Shes not sure if maybe the fountain in the breezeway just didnt get run much prior to the test. Regardless, they are having the plumbing replaced on all above the AL. I recommended that they also do PR of the sink in classroom 4. She is going to also send out the consumer notification to all parents and send a copy to me and the state. ACTION NEEDED: None.
