Details: SUMMARY: Called regarding missing 3rd qtr arsenic and the RAA average for arsenic still above the MCL. DETAILS: Called Melissa Walton to find out why the system did not submit an arsenic sample for the 3rd qtr of 2016. She was not sure and thought they had collected one. She was going to check to see if one was collected. I told her the sample was important for the RAA calculation since the arsenic treatment system now apprears to be keeping the arsenic below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Provide result for 3rd qtr sample if collected and collect 4th quarter arsenic sample. Also, maintain the treatment system so that the arsenic concentration stays below the MCL.
