Details: SUMMARY: Follow Up on Alert for Nitrate DETAILS: Initial sample was 11.0ppm, confirmation sample was at 9.6ppm, average of the 2 is 10.3 which is under the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Changed the system to quarterly sampling. Spoke to operator and brought up the possibility of the system reconditioning the well or hooking up to the City of TD water source. Right now there is no action needed but if the values continue on their recent increase then the system is looking at those options or with treatment. I recommended that the system contact an engineer to consider options for this activity if necessary.
