The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Surface Water Treatment Deficiencies
1. Print filter backwash turbidity profiles quarterly.
2. Take residual chlorine samples every day from a representative location in the distribution system

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
3. A screen or flap valve must be installed on the outlet of the tank drains/overflows to prevent blocking or entry of contamination at reservoirs 1 and 3 and both clearwells.
