Recommendations made: second sample tap at wellhouse (able to get raw water sample without turning off the chlorinator), update protocol for non-DRC operator, UPDATE: Emergency Response Plan and Operations and Maintenance Manual to reflect staffing changes, lastly to update the Coliform Sample Plan to inlude raw well source sample from Groundwater Rule.
