1. Remove all unessential items from the well building. The old chlroine cylinder and the other pain/chemicals should be first priority.
2. A distribution map should be located. It may be possible to track this down through the US Air Force.
3. I've enclosed information on testing requirements for Lead & Copper and the Circuit Rider service offered free to community water systems such as yours.
