  Comments:

The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Monitoring Deficiencies
1. Unresolved MCL violation for Total Coliform Bacteria.

Operator Certification Deficiencies
1. No certified operator at required level-0065(2).

The comments & recommendations noted are as follows:

1. The DWP has established criteria for determining whether a system should be considered to have "Outstanding Performance".
Systems that are designated outstanding performers may have their water system survey frequency reduced from every 3 years
to 5 years. Although your water system did not meet the established criteria, please review the enclosed handout to see what steps
you can take in the future towards receiving this designation.

2. A summary of your monitoring requirements can be found on page 8. Please maintain a copy of this page and refer to it for future monitoring scheduling.

3. Under new groundwater rules, each time a routine sample is found to have total coliform, each well that was in use at the time must be tested
and reported as a source sample. This is in addition to the 4 required repeat samples, but one of the source samples can count as the 4th
repeat. So that means each you get a routine detection you will need to take 6 samples (3 distribution, one at each well).

4. The reservoir should be inspected inside and out on an annual basis and a cleaning schedule determined. Cleaning schedules can vary
depending on water quality but should never exceed 10 years.
