The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Finished Water Storage
   1. One damaged vent at the 4th Street half-million gallon reservoir.
      (Resolution: since it is rusted on, it is now since the survey wrapped with aluminum insect screen and 4 mesh galvanized wire cloth.)

   2. Test all cross-connection devices annually; not just industrial customers.
